Rust on accelerators (GPU + FPGA)

Apr 14, 2026 | 4:40 PM - 6:00 PM

Description

Rust is a modern systems programming language focused on safety, speed, and concurrency. It helps developers write fast software while preventing common bugs like memory leaks and data races. Rust is widely used for building operating systems, game engines, and high-performance applications. Through this tutorial, we will see how to use Rust with gpus and fpga cards on the EuroHPC supercomputer MeluXina.  Level: Intermediate to Advanced level. Knowledge of CUDA/OpenCL is an asset.
